What’s Included

Rental Rates

• 1 hour minimum | 3 hour maximum
• $100 per hour
• $50 per half hour

Extras

• Discounted Skate Passes: $12 each (with tent rental)
• Black Linens: $10 each
• Room Reset: $50 fee

Party Tent Terms: Parties must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance. A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due within 7 days before the event. Upon cancellation, you can pick another available date. *Party does not include private use of ice rink. Party Packages do not include an attendant. *If you do not wish to use the preset floorplan, any request to remove, add, or redesign the room setup will incur this fee. It covers the additional time required to adjust the layout for your event and return the room to its original setup afterward. Large Groups

Large Group Skate Pass Rates

What's Included For Parties Only

• Must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance – does not include private ice rink rental.
• Groups of 50+ who plan to come at once, must coordinate with Special Events.

Private Ice Rink Parties

• Private use of the ice rink and 20x30 party tent.
• Starting at $2,500 for two hours. Additional hours available for $1,000 per hour
• Only scheduled outside of normal operation hours.
• Admittance for up to 500 guests, but only 100 on the ice at any given time.
• Includes event manager and event staff.

Private Ice Rink Rental Party Terms Parties must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance. A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due within 7 days before the event. Renter must obtain a certificate of insurance for private rink rentals. *11.2 Insurance. Renter (and any approved third party vendor) shall provide to the City of Tuscaloosa a certificate of liability insurance from a carrier acceptable to the City of Tuscaloosa with an A.M. Best rating of A - VII or higher, as evidence of insurance coverage for the use of the Facility and the Event. This insurance shall be primary coverage, and will contain no terms allowing the insurer to be subrogated to the rights of any injured or damaged person or entity. The insurance must name the City of Tuscaloosa, its agents, officers, and employees, as additional insureds. Insurance shall be in the following minimum amounts (Combined Single Limit): $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000 For private party inquiries and group skate passes, please email icerinkinfo@tuscaloosa.com or fill out an Event Request Form.
